Welcome to the Russian Orthodox Parish of St Seraphim located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

We proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ and remain solidly grounded in the traditional Word and Sacraments, and teachings of the Apostles and Saints.

“Acquire the Spirit of Peace and a thousand souls around you will be saved.” This is perhaps the most famous quote of the great Russian saint, Seraphim of Sarov who was considered a wonder-worker living at the Sarov Monastery, Russia in the 18th century. He had a lifelong intimacy with God, and an abiding Christian love to both people and animals that provides an excellent example for all of us.

Visit with us and have a cup of coffee after the service. We would like to share our life and have you become a part of our community.
